3.4 Account Verification (KYC). 75gamesph is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted or closed.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 75gamesph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

10.2 By the Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 75gamesph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
